The SID-2258 is precision CNC machined from premium 4140 billet steel and heat-treated to 35–42 HRC for exceptional strength, rigidity, thread durability, and long-term wear resistance.
The steel undergoes a controlled stress-relief process to improve dimensional stability and is crack-inspected as part of the quality-control process before final production.
Its one-piece steel construction provides a rigid mounting platform designed for secure optic fitment, reliable zero retention, and repeated installation and removal.
